  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • StynaMavel is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 3–5 business days before reporting an issue.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

  • StynaMavel is not liable for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
