  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
  • Non-returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including custom products, clearance items, or items marked as “final sale.”

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. In cases of damaged or incorrect items, StynaMavel will cover return shipping.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for products that meet the return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please review the following details regarding refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will cover the cost of the product excluding any shipping fees. In the case of damaged or defective products, we will refund both the product cost and shipping fees.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, but we encourage you to return the product and place a new order for the desired item. Once the returned product is processed, we will issue a refund and you can proceed with your new purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the product has been shipped, the return policy will apply.
